Cathy Pannebaker OD MS FAAO
Dr. Pannebaker and her family have lived in Delaware since 2004. She earned her Doctorate in Optometry from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2006. She completed her Advanced Practice Fellowship in Cornea and Specialty Contact Lenses in 2008 along with a Masters in Vision Science. She then earned her Fellow designation from the American Academy of Optometry in 2011.
Dr. Pannebaker brings experience from private practice and teaching at The OSU College of Optometry. She sees patients of all ages starting at 6 months, and also co-manages cataract and LASIK surgeries. She fits all types of contact lenses and is a member of the American Optometry Association and the Cornea and Contact Lenses Section, along with the American Academy of Optometry.
Dr. Pannebaker lives in Delaware, OH with her husband Matt and their three children.
Shelbie Herold
Shelbie Herold has been with Central Avenue since October 2014. She brings over two decades of administrative expertise. Shelbie gained foundational intensive training from Interstate Optical before joining as office manager.
Shelbie enjoys fitting patients in glasses that fit their unique look and lifestyle.
Shelbie lives in Delaware, OH with her husband Nick.
Kelsey Thornton
Kelsey Thornton joined has been with Central Avenue since January of 2017. She graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2016.
