Eyes of Faith is a local distributor of quality frames with tasteful expressions of faith on every pair of glasses including crosses and scripture verses. In addition, with every pair sold, they donate a pair of glasses to patients in underprivileged areas of the world.

Our polarized sunwear selection includes Vera Bradley, Realtree, Argyle Culture, and Jonathan Cate along with Haven Signature fitovers. Also featured are Eyes of Faith Wear & Share and Veggie Tales with polycarbonate lenses and 100% UV protection.

We also offer Chemistrie custom magnetic clip-ons with all prescription eyewear with no-glare, polarized lenses in a variety of tints.

Eye Exams

Dr. Pannebaker sees patients of all ages starting at 6 months for complete eye exams and medical visits. She also co-manages cataract and LASIK surgeries with ophthalmologists who are skilled and personable.

In addition Dr. Pannebaker can detect and treat lazy eye conditions (amblyopia). The American Optometric Association recommends an infant eye exam between 6 months and 1 year of age, and also before entering preschool and kindergarten to ensure a proper vision system for a child's maximum learning potential.

Contact Lenses

Dr. Pannebaker completed an Advanced Practice Fellowship at the OSU College of Optometry in speciality contact lenses. She fits all types of soft and gas permeable contact lenses, including daily replacement, toric (for astigmatism) and multifocals.
